Can I modify my reservation or cancel it?
Yes, as long as said modification or cancellation is made 24 hours before the date on which the reserved service begins.
In case you want to extend the rental period once it has started, you can do it through our website as long as there is availability.
How many times can I access the Locker /s ?
You can access the password as many times as you want or need it during the rental period of your Locker (s), so if you have forgotten something or want to add more packages to your ticket Locker / s during the rental period, you can do it without problems.
What do I have to do to access my Locker?
Access the Locker by typing the 10-digit PIN code you received by email.
You will find the PIN code above the barcode in your confirmation email.

Your Locker will open automatically. Enter your luggage inside and close the door.

• INSURANCE FOR SUITCASE UP TO 500 EUROS PER SUITCASE IN CASE OF VANDALISM AND THEFT
• PROHIBITED TO LEAVE HAZARDOUS ITEMS, JEWELRY, MONEY, PRECIOUS METALS, ITEMS OF A LOT OF VALUE, FLAMMABLE MATERIALS, WEAPONS OF ALL KINDS. THE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT IS THE OWNER.
• ACCESS TO THE LOCKERS FOR OTHER REASONS THAT NOT APLY TO STORAGE
• ON THE LOCKER / S THE ACCESS TO EMPLOYEES, CONTROLLERS AND MANAGEMENT, POLICE OR SECURITY BODIES OF THE STATE OR LOCAL IS ALWAYS ALLOWED. ALWAYS AND WHEN THE APPLICATION IS WRITTEN AND BE FOR SAFETY.
